FAQs

Our standard check-in time is 2PM and check out is 10AM.

A request for early check-in can be made with our Seahaven Village team, however, it is not guaranteed. While we will always do our best to have the room ready for you if you wish to guarantee an early check-in the room should be booked for the night prior.

If you’d like a later check-out please contact us the day prior to your departure to discuss.

The minimum check-in age for the main guest on the reservation is 21 years. We do not take Schoolies reservations.

Since Covid we are now working offsite & no longer have an open reception. Although we are just as helpful as usual. All our suites are self contained although if you do have any issues or questions you can always give us a call. We are here to help during office hours.

You will receive all the instructions via a text & email on the morning before you arrive.

As all the information is sent to you on the morning of your arrival, you are more than welcome to arrive any time that suits you after 2pm.

Our contactable hours are from :

10am – 6pm Monday to Friday
10am – 4pm on Saturdays
10am – 3pm on Sundays

We are a small family run business (who go to bed early as we have a little one)

We are located within a 10-15 minute stroll to the main street where all the shops/restaurants are.
The River is a similar distance which is a great family friendly location.

All of our rooms are allocated one free park. The street parking on Geelong Road is free and unlimited.

All of our cottages and suites are strictly non-smoking. There is a designated smoking area outside each property. Please be aware of other guests & kindly close any doors while smoking so the smell does not travel inside.

Yes, we can offer gift cards either to apply to a certain booking or just an amount. Vouchers can be emailed for you to print or posted to you.

We supply all linen & towels! Might be worth bringing a couple of beach towels if the weather is looking fine!

We have a couple of communal bbqs available for our guests to use. Please be respectful & clean up after you have cooked your dinner so others can use the bbq.

Yes, we have a high speed wifi in place at all suites/cottages

We have a very strict NO PARTY policy. Seahaven Village is in a residential area, we have lovely neighbours and noise travels easily especially at night.

Yes, but only in certain cottages/suites. Email us at info@seahavenvillage.com.au to discuss our pet friendly accommodation options & availability. Please don’t book directly assuming it is a pet friendly room without discussing it with our team first.

Pets are charged at an extra $10 per pet per night.

We ask the following if you do decide to bring your beloved friend:

  • Owner to pick up after the animal
  • Owner to bring animals bed/ food & water bowl
  • Animal not to go on any furniture or bedding
  • Animal not to be left alone on the property at any time

We take a 50% deposit to secure any bookings with us with the final payment due 48 hours prior to your arrival.

During the week we don’t, although on weekends it is a minimum 2 night stay. We do have other minimums during peak times, school holidays & long weekends.

Our high seasons are Christmas / New Years (26th December – 29th January), and Easter.

We do not have a surcharge for Visa or Mastercard. There is a 2% surcharge for American express.

Yes, on request we can organise an extra bed in your room for an extra fee.

Yes we do! Contact our team to organise this for your stay! Porta cots are charged at $10 per night.

For direct bookings with Seahaven Village please email or call to cancel your reservation.

If you have booked through a booking channel (such as booking.com) you will need to contact them directly.

  • For any cancellations outside 30 days prior to your arrival we take a 10% of the full booking amount.
  • For any cancellations inside 30 days prior to your arrival we take the 50% deposit as cancellation.
  • For any cancellations inside 48 hours prior to your arrival we take the full 100% payment.
  • For online travel agent bookings please contact the agent directly.

Yes! About a 10min walk from all our suites is IGA – We get you started with some milk, tea, coffee & toilet paper – depending on your length of stay you may need to stock up again from the supermarket if you require more.
